I have unlock adult content but now an again i seam to get it with T mobile
an i don't no why this is
any ideas "

I would call your provider and ask if there is a " roaming " problem with networks and why id the other company restricting your internet access that you pay them ( Virgin ) for!  |

The issue isn't due to roaming, but rather, Virgin is a "Virtual" network (google "MVNO"), as they don't have their own network, they piggy-back off one of the main ones (and buy airtime they resell to you and me).
In this case, Virgin "piggy-backs" off T-mobile, and EE (T-mobile merged with Orange) shared infrastructure.
Any issues/bugs with adult content is on the T-mobile side, whatever systems have been used. By all means speak to your provider, they will know how to escalate the issue up and get fixed once and for all if enough people report. |

have reported it but nothing seams 2 be done
i left because of this blocking issue
an had hope it had been fix but it has not
don't want to be a time waster if i couldn't reply to messages  |

Sounds good to me, call them and bitch and stress that they are taking your money but you are being blocked by another company basically |

I too am with Virgin on a sim only contract. It occasionally happens if I'm not connected to my home wifi. Best thing that has worked for me is to leave it a couple of hours and switch off phone and then back on again.

Yup have had endless issues with EE. Have unblocked with credit card, online, in store (gobby little boy "you looking at dodgy sites then?" Me "obviously") and by writing to complain and being assured that it's fixed but it still happens. I'm now using "Hotspot Shield VPN" app to bypass the problem. Just switch it on when you need it & off when you don't....

I keep getting this too!! Turn off your mobile data then back on again, this seems to work for me.

It is to do with your phone network not admin.
Try the suggestions other users with the same problem are suggesting to you. |
