Not sure if I am allowed to discuss this on here, a friend who has a profile on here is experiencing problems with the site. She is unable to send or receive messages,friends requests etc. She is unable to get into chat and because she is still quite new (although photo verified) she is unable to post in the forums herself. I am unable to find her on any updates or by searching. Because of this she has asked I post to try and get an answer.
She had photos rejected this morning, but if her account has been frozen because of this surely she should be told? There is nothing in any of the FAQ's that say if you have photos rejected that they will suspend your account.
If admin allow me I can give them her username on here, or if they prefer could they message me please. She has been photo verified, and has paid for site supporter, it may be nice if someone could explain why she can't use the site!

It sounds like she has been disabled. You can be disabled for posting fake pics yes...this is covered in the T&C's

Obviously no one will know why the person has been disabled and pestering Admin won't help.
If you pass on the username to Admin through the contact button they can check it out incase it was a mistake of some sort, but as it isn't your profile they won't answer you.  |
