"It's a setting in Internet Explorer that can be changed to do this.
It can be found in "Tools" then "Internet Options" then "Settings" (near the bottom) on the "General" tab.

Firefox will have roughly the same settings and you don't need to touch them as they can be changed when the program updates itself. |
