Write a letter to them voicing your concerns, then simply address it to :-

Admin

C.O. Fab

I'm sure they'll get it the next day

Try deleting temp internet files in your browser and restart your pc/device if still problems

He hasn't deleted them - he was as surprised as me when I asked him. Being a mere man he hadn't noticed! Lol
