What phone? What network? Wireless or mobile signal? What do you see where photos should be?
Is your phone age-verified?

Phone is a Samsung S4 on vodaphone,same results when mobile and on wireless. I see a picture of a camera instead of pics. I upgraded my account again thinking that was the issue but no.
Don't know about the age verification but it must be ok as I could see the photos on the same phone before.
