carnt log into my profile

By (user no longer on site) OP over a year ago

Changed password,and me and hubby use same lappy and i pad,it logged me out,but managed to get bk online,hubbys profile wont let him log bk in on his changed password,Any suggestions please? please note carnt rem the email we set the profile up!!! HELP
