Admin please help! - Forgotten password?

I rarely log out and so have forgotten my password. I've tried to change it and register a new one because of this, but with no success. It seems impossible to do so as it requests the one I can't remember in order to process a new one. I know my email, but I can't find an option to request a reminder or a replacement password that way either - Please help! x
