We have accidentally accepted friends from people before, if we delete them from our list are we automatically deleted from theirs? Similarly if they are not online & we accept & delete immediately are they able to see this?

If you delete them you are deleted off their list also.
If you perv their pics when they are offline and then delete them as friends again they cant see that you have done - unless they catch you of course...  |

Well maybe not ignored if they ever try to send one again. But yes if you do when their offline and quick about it  |
