Need admin help to unblock

Hi
I reported and blocked someone for a no show. However subsequent communication between us (by text) revealed there was a big misunderstanding. I would like to unblock them but they are not on my blocked list. I know they definitely have not blocked me.
I have twice used the contact link to ask if I can get help unblocking them. But nothing has changed.
How can I ask admin to assist with this (presumably admin blocked them, which is why I cant see them on my list)? I can't use a link on the other person's profile to contact aadmin as I can't view it!

How about you meet them in a chatroom and unblock them from there ? Not guaranteed to work but it could solve your problem  |

Ah ok. Never used chat. I'll try that. So I'll be able to see and chat to them even if they're blocked?

That won't work, because they're already blocked. There would be no point in blocking people if you could just contact them in the chat room.
What have admin said to you? Or have they not responded at all? |

If Admin have blocked you from each other it is normally permanent.
The best thing to do is what you have already done and ask Admin from the contact button and see if they will do it for you.
You might have to be patient  |
