Twatty of me, but worth a try. We had auto log in with the last profile and after the comp was reset - all passwords were gone from auto.... The email addy was just a random one to have all our fab stuff through, so cannot access the account at all. Any way admin can help us out pretttty pweeese - and a cherry on top xxx Lolls

Try again as they will reset your password...but you need to be patient as it isn;t always instant
