Up until yesterday, Logitech cam worked great. Then, poof. Now, when I go to chat and try to start cam, nothing will start it. Have tried both methods. Downloaded latest Flash, but still no work. Any ideas? By the way, have also tried the built in laptop cam, but it will not turn on either. |

O.K., finally a little progress...I can get the "start cam" box to come up; but, I am not able to "click" the "allow" tab to all access to site. This is in the box called "flash player settings"

O.K., I'm back with the same "cam won't start" issue. Uninstalled cam driver; reinstalled; open in google chrome; but, when I get to "start cam", neither option works...I can't get out of "deny" to "allow" in the adobe settings. The chat room shows my cam is "on"; but, the light on my cam showing "on" is not lit. Help. Really frustrating. |

Still no relief. Really miss the fun of cam time. So, I run Windows 7, and up until 2 weeks ago, had no problem with chat. On google, I get to chat; but can't turn on cam. Clicking "allow" does nothing. On internet explorer, get to chat and again click allow and get a blank screen. Cam is Logitech and it worked great until all shut down. Have uninstalled and reinstalled cam; flash; and still won't come on. Help? |
