Friend on profile

if i veiw my profile as others do there is friend on there i dont have on my friend list it says they may have blocked us etc etc but how do i remove this person

Go to your friends list from your account page, you can remove them from there

Report your own profile and tell admin the name of this 'friend'

the person isnt on the list but if i veiw the profile as someone else can the person is on there

I have taken the post down with the name on, but looking at it, it looks like the profile has been disabled.
