You would probably have to delete your account and start again with your partner. Your verifications are as a single male and aren't applicable to you as a couple.
However, if you contact admin they may be able to help you out  |

Best thing to do is delete both your single profiles and make a new couples profile or you could report your own profile by saying its changed to a couple. |
