splitting up can I change profile to single

We are unfortunately splitting is there anyway of changing profile to single. If not, and I have to do another profile can I use same email address?

Contact Admin using the CONTACT link at the bottom of the page. You'll need to tell them whether you want it changing to a single male or female profile and they will have a look at it for you.
