can't remember password

I've changed my email since registering and can't remember password to my old email so can't log on on a computer lol this is doing my head in!! Plus I've changed my telephone number and to retrieve yahoo password it wants to send it to old number

Did you fill in the security question bit you can retrieve your password or reset it if you did if not yahoo is a bugger to get into
