This is true, they have replied to us on many occasion.

But they do state that:-

For example if you have complained about another profile

"We won't provide you any feedback on what action we've taken."

So feedback/replies are not guaranteed

oh yes I know that one .. but even just trying to change details of our club in the club reviews section just doesn't get any replies .. I'll just keep trying

But that isn't what the woman asked, she asked how to contact Admin....what you are talking about is reporting a profile, which is a totally different thing altogether.

oh yes I know that one .. but even just trying to change details of our club in the club reviews section just doesn't get any replies .. I'll just keep trying

Ah right if it is about changing details they do get round to it so if you have sent what you want changing from the contact button they will sort it when they get time.
