We have had a message in our inbox with the usual pics attached icon, the 3 rectangles. The couple sending the message have said in the message they have attached pics but there are not any pics attached.
All other messages with pics are working fine and for all other messages we only have the icon on messages with pics.
The "The following images were attached to this message" bit of text isn't there either when we read the message.
We have checked the message using Chrome and IE in Windows 7 and Chrome on IOS 7.
We have never seen this before, anyone any ideas?
Wondering whether this can happen if the pic is deleted from their account after sending? |
