I understand the other two options. But these options have the same outcome as far as I can see. "Reply in forum". "Post new message in thread." Can somebody tell me what the difference is please. I always do the first one. |

Reply in forum - puts the text of the post you are replying to in the box underneath "You are replying to message:"
Add a new message to this topic - puts the text of the last post on the thread in the box underneath "You are replying to message:"
Both are so you can see what the text is to base your reply on without having to jump back and forward to the thread

I know it does it when you are logged in on the main desktop site.
What do you mean "just at the bottom"?  "
Yes I am on my mobile. I will try on the pc and see if that's any different.
When I say just at the bottom I mean the thing that I wrote is the newest post and underneath everyone else's posts.
