I introduced a friend to Fab and she's been getting on great until 2 days ago when she couldn't access her account. I've looked for her via 'Username Search' but she's 'disappeared'. She isn't aware of doing anything wrong and is puzzled as to why she can't find her profile. Can anyone suggest as to why it's happened please. Many thanks |

Contact admin, it sounds like she's been suspended.
She can contact admin from the bottom of any page & doesn't need to be logged in. |
