Can somebody who does not have public photos and has not mailed me before try to send me a message and see if you get filtered out?
Post results here....
I have posted about this issue before and while I know some users will make a photo public then hide it to bypass filters, the number of messages from hidden/no pic profiles has increased. |

Your best bet is to let Admin know the names of the people who have mailed you that shouldn't have been able to from the CONTACT button and they can check to see if everything is working ok.  |
