Think it depends on your support status is.
Gold supporters can upload 150 photos
Silver supporters can upload 50 photos
Free members can only upload 12 photos.
Think that's right, hopefully Admin or a Forum Mod can confirm.

Thats right 
You also have a daily limit to how many you can upload
it will tell you how many you can upload daily if you go into manage photos- upload new images |
