Email address my friend used to register on the site no longer exists but she cannot login to her profile...what can be done? |

Email addresses die? 
I thought once set up they lived forever - hence if ever used you can't set up a duplicate in error! |

Certain address shut down after a year of not being used.
If you give them an alternative address they will email both accounts with the notice but if not it will be shut down.
Gmail has sent me that notification a few times 
She needs to contact admin from the bottom of the page, but she should be able to log in with her user name & password. Only the account holder or admin can close fabs accounts down |

"she" will need to contact admin herself. Giving as much detail as she can.
They will probably not respond to messages from people "helping" friends.

She can't login so can't contact admin hence her asking me to try.
Her email address closed down.
She's using her username and password and its telling her that details are invalid.
If someone from admin can contact me or if someone can steer me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Thanks. |

Its my understanding that admin can be contacted from the home page without being logged in  |
