You don't ! Not only does it look stupid but it also has no teeth and it wastes the sites valuable resources
If you don't want anyone to use them - don't put them on. It's the only safe way known to mankind |

Whenever I see that ridiculous warning on a profile I feel like sending a message saying "take that worthless piece of text off your profile" lol
