I met a lovely couple on sunday. They have tried to verify me a few times and it's not working.
Any clues?
I have not shared an internet connection with them. They are verified and I fit within their search criteria.
There are three accounts on this IP address i share with one other person. My old account, my new account and my flatmates account. My account is GOLD.
Out of frustration I have just create a new fresh account to see if the people I met can verify the new one instead.
Would be great if someone had some advice, or has heard of this issue before so I can get verified.

Contact admin directly.
Making new accounts on the same isp, just looks dodgy whether that was your intent or not. If you've tried doing yourself or your flat mate (or he has) a veri then the system will block it. |

For verified users only

Thanks for the ideas,
Understand that several accounts on one IP looks dodgy  I admin a few websites and i had one person once with 12 profiles and 3 genders.. all from different parts of the country. it can be a nuisance
in my case my flatmate is a genuine girl. and we may even have a couple profile soon as we have played together, but rarely. there's 3 valid accounts on the one ip so hopefully i can fix the issues. fake female profiles are ususally the biggest offenders in this business so i'll help her get photo verified and maybe that will help things.
i will contact admin and see if i can sort it. does anyone know the best method to contact admin.?
i did notice a note saying they cannot respond to all enquiries due to time constraints. i'm sympathetic to that so would like to know the best way to contact them, so they can fix the issue in a time efficient way for them
