It wasnt clear from your post what the problem was.
If you are just wishing folk a Merry Christmas then obviously the status wont have been removed for breaking any rules.
So its sounds like you need to contact Admin using the CONTACT link at the bottom of the page and ask them to have a look at it for you. |

They are always cleared automatically after exactly the same amount of time
OP: Yours was cleared by someone on your account using your computer, a few hours after you updated it. If it wasn't you or your partner it's possible it's something strange going on with your browser, what do you use?
