My friend had forgotten her password and changed email providers how can she get her password

Does she not use the original E-mail at all? If not she will need to contact Admin and ask them for help.

No she changed from sky to virgin and sky deleted her email x thanks for advice

She will need to contact Admin and ask them for help.

She can do this from the Contact button at the bottom of the page
