It wont if you just use the delete button at the bottom of the message. You have to select it by ticking the box in your saved message section. Hope that makes sense  |

Simpler..
Dont delete the message via opening the message.
Delete the message using the saved message menu page - click on the check box by the side of the message and then select delete mail from the link at the top. |
