Can't Get into Chatrooms

Hi, I'm having problems accessing the "old" chatrooms - I get into the new one just fine but not the others - just get a frozen screen - don;t get the accessing / "two plug thing". Any ideas? Cheers C

more north lincs than mids!

try clearing cache and cookies, download lastest flash.

If you don't use it already, download firefox

it does happen occasionally but clear temp internet files etc., reboot and try again xxx

I suggest you go to bottom of homepage and where it says contact us email admin they may be able to give you good advice
