been told that a few nights ago our profile was showing on the whos near list of members in Dundee (we are about 450 mile away. Cant fathomout how this could happen as we have never been anywhere near Dundee. As far as I can tell, all our location info is incorrect so not really sure how this could be. Whilst its not the end of the world, I wanted to avoid it happening again and dont wish to waste peoples time sending messages etc. Anyone got any ideas what we may have done wrong ? |

This happens to me quite a bit and it's not till you actually click on their profile that the actual distance corrects it's self, alternatively they could be on mobile close by you |

"thanks for replies ...this does seem odd as we are on mobile but definately in bristol ...scratching head time !"
My previous point, was that they could be on their mobile and in or close to Bristol, hence they will show up has close by |

"ahhh got you chris ...no they were deffo in dundee as well "
Oh ok. I think the site has a few bugs, sometimes on a weekend when I check my who's looked at me page, for a few seconds it brings up a list of people who have viewed in stealth mode, but this quickly changes |

Most of the posts reported on this are normally down to user error. It won't be down to your phone. It's more than likely said person was in your vicinity at some point and their gps settings haven't refreshed. It will also be the 'Who's Near' page they are referring to, not your profile distance. |

That's because they are toggling their stealth settings |

Yes. It will retrospectively show or remove them from your looked at me page. |

Hmmmm so I reckon there should be enough info above to be round your house in approx. 4 hours? If I take the distances from everyone above and draw a circle on a map, the intersection will be exactly x marks the spot.
I like medium white chilled. See you at half 7 |
