Been charged for site supporter but not had code???

Hello, I have decided to post a topic in here as we have had no response from the admin team regarding this matter. Anyway we used the text option to stay on our gold site supporter status as we always do but this time after sending the text to the same number we always do we did not get a reply back with the code to use on the site. we decided to leave it a bit as in the past it has taken up to a hour to get a text back, but it has been a couple of days now and still not received the code or any text but upon checking my online mobile phone account it appears I have already been charged the £5 for the service but I have not recieved the code to activate the service and now my old site supporter has also ran out so now I have also lost out on the 5 days extra, anyone have any ideas on how we can resolve this as £5 wont break the bank but if this continues to happen and when reported nobody even acknowledges they have received our email. thanks in advance.

Oh and we followed the instructions stated on the "contact us" page about what number we used to upgrade and if it was silver or gold etc and we have sent over 10 emails now to admin with the same details but have had no response in connection to this matter. thanks |

Be patient, it is the weekend , Admin may not be logged in but they will deal with it when they do log in.  |
