we seam to be loosing our mail on this site hot mail says we have mail on fab
the user name but we look and nothing there we do a user name serch and the site can't find the user is this some thing we are doing wrong or a site problem or is some one messing us about hope you can help

Sounds like the user may have removed their account.
Can you use CONTACT link at bottom of page, send us full message you received at hotmail we'll look into it to see if there is a problem

thanks will keep the hot mail next time it happens as i deleted all this time so not much to show you it's not just happened with this one user it as happened 3 times now and each time i try to serch for the user they are not known if it happens again i will write every thing down and contact admin again thanks for your help |

This happened to me too on Friday!! I got a mail on yahoo to say that there was a message waiting for me but when I logged in there was nothing there.
I didn't keep the email either but can remember the subject of the message and the approximate time but I don't suppose that's any good lol. |

Thanks for your help 
We've tracked down the problem that was causing this.
No mails have been lost.
What happened was on occasions there was a backlog in the email notification system. So that you received a mail (lets say) one evening and only got the notification by email the next morning. This meant it looked like a mail had disappeared because it had already been read / dealt with.
We've made a simple change so that the notification emails don't get backlogged and delayed.
