Quick question, if you get yourself photo verified holding a bit of paper with your username on it and then you change your username will you need to get photo verified again? |

No.
When you change your username, the only thing that changes is your username, nothing else.

We had this.. changed our username and someone removed our flag, so had to re up a new pic."
This shouldn't have happened at the time and it wouldn't happen again.
