hello,
a friend of ours is no longer showing on site. we haven't blocked them, they havent blocked us and they don't appear to be suspended as other people can view their profile.
any ideas as to what is the problem? |

However admin could have either blocked you or them in which case you cannot view each other but they will still show to other people. If you are talking to them ie by phone, get them to click report on their own profile and mention your profile name in the report, and you do the same but mention their profile name |
