Too long winded deleting each entry--anybody know a quick way of deleting all from Hotlist--got wayyyyy to many!

hi just read the two messages regarding getting rid of hotlists.Apart from not knowing how to do this either one by one or block deleting. I am at a loss as to how these most very gross pics came to on my site as my profile certainly doesn't allow for this rubbish. I would be grateful if someone could help a.s.a.p.
