I'm wondering if it's possible to find and restore deleted messages as it occurs to me that some of them may have come from someone who was pretending to be someone else in order to harrass me and if only I could read them again I could work it out

You can see the last 100 people who looked, sometimes that can just be a days worth.

If they don't block themselves from being shown on "lok at me" lists yes
