Hi All
Hope someone can help. I have a joint account with my gf (s4rah_ianard) but it seems to be restricted in some way.
She said that she was in the chat rooms and people had told her that they were unable to look at our profile. All the messages have been deleted in the inbox and the sent box and I can not post to the forums by that account.
We've got a few verifications to prove we're genuine and have not received any messages saying the account has been banned.
Could anyone give us an idea of the status of our account or what to do to get it back up and running properly?

I think I've figured out why now though which is a good start.
