We have our filters set so that newbies or people unverified or photo verified can contact us. So how come we've had a message from a guy who's been on here for a year with none of the above?
Seems a waste of time setting them if messages still get through  |

No we haven't contacted him in any way, I've just checked with Andy but like he says if we make contact with a guy it's usually me who picks them lol. xx |

There is a lady trying to message us on here but her age settings where older that our ages so through a friend of ours we managed to have some form
of dialogue and I explained that we couldn't chat because of her settings, she has now changed them but it still says we are blocked from chatting even though we are now friends .... Is there anything we can do xx |

He could have contacted you before you set those filters.... and if you send a thanks but no thanks reply the filters no longer apply |

Thanks but I still can't remember any form of contact from him, Andy always says I'm good at remembering faces or even profiles usually.
I'll just have to keep an eye out and see if it happens again. |

I had a problem the other day with someone contacting me with no foto ..
he very smuggly replied its easy to skip that..
Annoying but not much anyone can do if they add a picture message and then remove pic before you pick up message. |

Filters do work - there is always a reason why they dont, usually because of previous contact (that you cant remember) or a loop hole top get round them such as age manipulation.
Just report the profile to admin and they will put a permanent block on the profile from contacting you or you them (it wont show on your block list though).
Otherwise just block it yourself.
