I currently have it ticked that single males can't send me a message. But i have noticed that a single male can still send me a message if he replies privately within the forum.
As if i'm posting in the forum, I don't really see the need for someone to send me a pvt message agreeing with my point, he could just say that within the thread. As they might think thats a way of starting a chat, via a thread. But as i have males blocked at the moment, for a reason so it just annoys me to then get a message appear.

It happens, the odd one slips through.
I had one come into my inbox, new to the site. He'd joined and sent me a pm whilst I was offline  so there was no way I could have interacted with him. I reported it to admin, then deleted it a few days ago.
It's the only one that got through, so I guess it just very very occasionally happens. |

It has nothing to do with someone replying via the forum since they end up at the same message page which checks for blocks.
You can contact us privately with username and we can check.

I can confirm that is not the case.
