Can't change location to USA

Trying to change from UK to USA and it just keeps defaulting back to UK anyone know what we are doing wrong?

Presuming that you're trying to change "Your Country" under "Account Details", are you remembering to click the "Save" button?

Are you doing this on the Desktop or Mobile site?

Have you tried doing it in a different browser?
