hi im having ap roblem adding a member to my friends

member name is Funtimegirl2629 we have both tried to add each other and both accepted each other but we only seem to stay friends for few min then its gone again please advise

I have a friend with the exact same problem.

keeps appearing and disappearing, then can't be found on searches??
