Lack of Support for Profile Problems

Since setting up my profile, a number of people have tried to verify me, but no verifications are visible when I select manage verifications in my profile menu. I have also been sent a friend invite today but, again, when I go to manage invites, the page is blank. I have repeatedly reported the first problem to support through the site email forms, and have never even received so much as an acknowledgment. It's such a shame that such an otherwise brilliant site should be let down by nobody responding to technical problems. Has anyone else experienced similar problems, and does anyone know of any other method of contacting the site administrators? |

Like it says on the contact page we don't respond to queries and 99.9% of questions are answered on the FAQ page which is linked to both on the contact page and after your contact has been saved.
From the FAQ page (and this applies to you).
Verifications we try to leave for another user aren't being saved
If you're trying to verify another account that you have created yourself or you're trying to verify someone who is using the same PC as yourself, then the verification won't be recorded. We do this to stop people creating fake accounts and verifying them themselves.

PS. disappeared friend invites are usually due to someone adding you as a friend, then removing themselves from the site. We'll add a note to the FAQ pages about this.
