48 hr time out cock up

friend got put on a 48 hour timeout without being given the reason why, its now been weeks and the timeout is still not lifted. Admin,site feedback, etc have all been sent messages about this but have not sent a single reply. Can someone shed a little light on this please?  |

Only Admin can answer this question.
If Admin aren't answering, your friend really needs to reflect on what he/she did to earn the timeout.
For example, if it's a chat ban, allowing under 18s to be seen on cam earns a life-time chat ban. Admin would review this, if the member had made a genuine mistake, and if the member could explain what steps had been taken to ensure that the mistake wouldn't happen again. |

Everyone gets a mail giving a reason why if it is a 48 hour ban otherwise she/he wouldn't have known they had a 48 hour ban.
If your friend can't use the site at all she/he may well have been disabled after the ban as all bans are reviewed by Admin.
The only way to get in touch with Admin to ask for a review is through the CONTACT button.
You will only hear from them if they are going to lift your ban.  |
