Can I see deleted mails?

You have said elsewhere that mails are just hidden from view but reside in the DB when deleted.

I recently viewed a profile and was told I had swopped mails with the person some months ago. There is now no trace of the mails other than the advisory.

Is there any way for me to see them again?

No. When you delete mails from your inbox or sent items they're gone.
