cam keeps freezing then goes off

having cam problems,when viewing cams they freezing after 10 seconds,been happening for 3 days now?any suggestions..

We're looking into this.

We think it's an issue with certain ISPs but we are looking at implementing a workaround, update later on today when we've tested it

my cam is not working. it wazs fine this morning, i have a cam icon and a green tick. there is no "click here".never had problems befor

Hi what browser are you using?

Try closing and re-opening it

If that fails try delete temp internet files, close, re-open

A few members have asked us about the green tick .. we have asked them if they had deleted cookies n history (after admin have sorted it at there end) so far 3 people has said it has worked after deleting cookies n history and loggin back in

opss sorry its worked for 4 members so far...if you have had any updates in the past week (adobe is the main 1) go back to old version..and don't forget to log of ya pc oor laptop and not just the fab page

Try using IE, this is a google chrome issue we're looking at understanding and fixing
