Can someone tell me how you can see old emails after 1 week.

It seems we can only see the last weeks emails. It was only when we deleted some that older ones started appearing at the bottom.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Messages stay until you delete them, but if you have loads then the old ones drop off the page until you delete some newer ones.
