So you've checked that you're using the latest version of Flash?
You've tried using a different browser (If you're on an Apple device, you will need to use the Puffin Browser)?
You've closed chat, logged out of the main site, deleted temp internet files, rebooted your PC and logged back in again?
Is it just that you can't see other people's cams..... or can't they see your cam either? If they can't see your cam:-
~ make sure that your cam drivers are up-to-date
~ try plugging in a microphone (you don't have to broadcast audio, but for some reason, plugging in a mic sometimes gets the cam to work)
The only other thing I have heard about is "port 1635". When I had an ongoing cam problem, a chatter recommended a Port 1635 site, which has a tool to make sure some important bits of the innards of your pc are working properly.
Other than that, I'm stumped, sorry! |
