If I have blocked and reported a site member, and admin have blocked us from contacting each other, (I believe this is what happens) how is it possible for them to see I am online? from their original profile (no new profile set up)

How do you know they know? 
They'll have you on their hotlist. For some reason this manages to bypass the block so they can see you're online and any status updates. |

People who have you hotlisted can't see you anymore."
That's a recent thing then as I was told last week that, although I'd blocked someone, he could still see me going online. I know blocked people show on searches and local updates too. |
