I just heard from a new member that they were blocked from sending messages for mentioning other site names, is this true? And when did that start to happen? I've done it before but I received a warning first, but never stopped from sending messages  |

Hmm he said he didn't receive a warning and was blocked for a couple of hours!
Well, you learn something new everyday! And he was only messaging to say Hi as he knew me from somewhere else. |

It depends on what site name or link was mentioned....but yes it does happen.
It happened to us once and we got barred from mailing for two hours....  |

It depends on what site name or link was mentioned....but yes it does happen.
It happened to us once and we got barred from mailing for two hours.... "

Because it stops mass spam mailing advertising other sites,if I owned this site id block them too,why allow it as a platform to be used to advertise the competition? |
