Hi everyone,
A friend of mine joined the site on Sunday, her password is not working and the site is not recognising her email address (I can see her profile though.) So she has a profile but cant access it.
She got no response from the "contact us" bit... anyone know if there is an I.T/ techie person she can contact?

I feel for your friend. I had the exact same problem a little while ago when I hadn't been on in a long time. Couldn't remember the naughty email address I'd set up just to use for Fab and couldn't remember my password.
I got in in the end after about 100 password guesses!
Never got a reply from the contact us either  |

Did she set up an email just for here ? if thats the case and cant remember the details she may be stuck unless she trys the contact us again from another email stating the username and some eveidence its her maybe a "verified" photo if she has any on her locked account even better if its a copy of a private photo unseen
if she can use the same email perhaps the response has gone to spam if its a msn or yahoo account , as for password finder software as suggested the will only work if she told the browser (IE , Chrome .. ect) to save the password as this is stored in a cookie in any case good luck , and perhaps site admin will add a account unlock process for emergency's like this |
