cannot upload pics

Im a silver site supporter, and paid by text today. I have 7 pics. My account says I can have 50 pics, and im allowed to upload 8 per day.

When I click "upload new photo" the next screen tells me I have 22 pics though only allowed 12, and I must delete some.

I tried email, but no joy.

I have sent comments to site owners 3 times, 6-7 hours ago,,,,,,no reply yet.

Any ideas

Looking at your profile it says you only have 1 pic

Have you got any pics set to private message only? as its a bit strange you saying you have these pics but your profile states you only have 1??
